Friendly atmosphere with a good group of people.

All disciplines and levels are welcome short or long term.

Horses are creatures of habit, and so CHF has established routines. Basically, we take care of the horses as if they were all our own.

  • Reliability counts - it’s our goal that people sleep well at night knowing that their horse is in good hands.
  • We are flexible in working with you and your horse’s needs.
  • We continously pay attention to the horses health. Under no circumstances will a horse be left with an untreated medical or health related problem.
  • The horses are checked every night before we go to bed.
  • Your are always welcome to attend to your horse. Our hours of operation is simply 24/7.
  • Feeding:
    • Most horses are grained twice and hayed three times daily, but we can and will grain or hay more often when a horse needs it.
    • The horses are fed Nutrena grain and timothy hay, and we make sure that every horse gets the correct amount and kind of grain along with their supplements every single day.
  • Turnout:
    • Most horses are turned out approximately from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, but individual arrangements can be made.
    • Horses are turned out in groups or individually depending on their preferences. We do our utmost to prevent paddock injuries.
    • During winter and muddy seasons we use paddocks near the barn for turnout. During the summer we strive to get all horses out on grass pastures.
